Wk 01
Onboarding & idea selection.
you arrive. you meet the other fellows. you pick an idea — yours or from the bank. you sign a simple letter of intent, not a contract.
Led byAnders Hviid Studio director
Wk 02
Team formation.
we help you find co-founders within the cohort. skills-first, chemistry-second, demographics-last.
Led byLars Richter Head of program
Wk 03—06
Problem framing.
you spend a month with the problem before you touch a line of code. customer interviews. field visits. an essay at the end.
Led byJulie Hald Design residency
Wk 07—10
Prototype sprint.
you build the thinnest product that could possibly ship. weekly reviews. our engineers pair on the hard parts.
Led byAnders Fromberg Engineer-in-residence
Wk 11—12
First ten customers.
your prototype meets paying users. most ideas break here. that's the point. we rebuild or we kill and restart.
Led byLars Richter Head of program
Wk 13—18
Launch & acquisition.
public launch. paid acquisition budget goes live. we run your first instagram, tiktok and meta campaigns alongside you.
Led byIngrid Paludan Growth residency
Wk 19—20
Fellowship & what's next.
no demo day. a quiet dinner, a set of next steps, and lifetime access to the fellowship. some teams stay in the studio for cohort 02. some leave. both are fine.

05 · Questions
what people usually ask.
I'm on HHX — is this the right program for me?
yes. kreva is designed for students on jesper buch's iværksætterakademi — HHX and EUX. you don't need to code. you need to be curious, willing to ship, and serious about building something real.
can I apply alone, without a team?
yes — most students do. team formation happens in the first two weeks. you'll meet the rest of the cohort at the academy and find your co-founders inside the room.
how does this fit around school?
kreva runs alongside your studies. sessions are in the afternoon and weekend — built to work with HHX and EUX timetables. some academy modules can count toward your project work; check with your studievejleder.
do my parents need to sign anything?
if you're under 18, yes — a parent or guardian co-signs the participation agreement. the revenue share agreement only kicks in when you turn 18 and your company makes money.
what happens if my idea doesn't work?
you pivot or rebuild. most first ideas don't survive contact with customers — that's expected. you learn more from a dead idea in week eleven than from a perfect pitch in week one.
is this only for students at the academy?
yes. kreva is a closed program for jesper buch's iværksætterakademi. that's what makes it work — one academy, one room, one cohort. we partner directly with the school.
what happens to the revenue share if I don't make money?
nothing. 15% of zero is zero. the capital isn't a loan and you don't personally owe us. we make our money back when you make money — or we don't.
