Wk 01
Kickoff, team & alignment.
a fully remote kickoff. you arrive with a business idea already in hand, yours or one picked from the bank. we match you with co-founders, agree on the shape of the next ten weeks, and sign the contract.
Led byAnders Hviid Co-founder, Studio director
Wk 02-03
Problem framing.
two weeks with the problem before you touch a line of code. customer interviews, field visits, a short essay at the end. fully remote, weekly video syncs and async notes.
Led byLars Richter Co-founder, Head of program
Wk 04-06
Prototype sprint.
you build the thinnest product that could possibly ship. weekly reviews on video. asger pairs on the hard parts over a shared screen, infra, model selection, the first ten production decisions.
Led byAsger Teglgaard Co-founder, Tech director
Wk 07
First ten customers.
your prototype meets paying users. most ideas break here. that's the point. we rebuild together over video, or we kill it and restart, no shame either way.
Led byLars Richter Co-founder, Head of program
Wk 08
Launch.
public launch. the product goes live to a real audience. asger handles the technical side, deploys, observability, the first production fires.
Led byAsger Teglgaard Co-founder, Tech director
Wk 09
Acquisition & growth.
paid acquisition budget goes live. we run your first instagram, tiktok and meta campaigns alongside you, all remote, all measured.
Led byAnders Hviid Co-founder, Studio director
Wk 10
Fellowship & what's next.
no demo day. a quiet dinner back at the studio, a set of next steps, and lifetime access to the fellowship. some teams come back for cohort 02. some leave. both are fine.

05 · Questions
what people usually ask.
I'm on HHX, is this the right program for me?
yes. kreva is designed for students on jesper buch's iværksætterakademi, HHX and EUX. you don't need to code. you need to be curious, willing to ship, and serious about building something real.
can I apply alone, without a team?
yes, most students do. team formation happens in the kickoff weekend. you'll meet the rest of the cohort at the academy and find your co-founders inside the room.
how does this fit around school?
kreva runs alongside your studies, mostly remote and async. live sessions land in the afternoon and weekend, built to work with HHX and EUX timetables. the studio is open whenever you want a place to work; nothing is mandatory in person past the kickoff weekend. some academy modules can count toward your project work; check with your studievejleder.
do my parents need to sign anything?
if you're under 18, yes, a parent or guardian co-signs the participation agreement. the revenue share agreement only kicks in when you turn 18 and your company makes money.
what happens if my idea doesn't work?
you pivot or rebuild. most first ideas don't survive contact with customers, that's expected. you learn more from a dead idea in week seven than from a perfect pitch in week one.
is this only for students at the academy?
yes. kreva is a closed program for jesper buch's iværksætterakademi. that's what makes it work, one academy, one room, one cohort. we partner directly with the school.
what happens to the revenue share if I don't make money?
nothing. our 15% of zero is zero. the capital isn’t a loan and you don’t personally owe us. we make our money back when you make money, or we don’t.
