02 · How it works

STAGE 01

Seed.

bring your own idea or pick one from the idea bank. we match you with co-founders in the kickoff weekend.

Week 01
STAGE 02

Frame.

shape the problem. name the customer. sketch the thinnest possible version. kill anything that isn't essential.

Weeks 02-03
STAGE 03

Build.

ship a working product with help from our resident engineers, designers, and model-access credits.

Weeks 04-06
STAGE 04

Ship.

launch to real customers. we handle paid acquisition, distribution, and the first 1,000 users.

Weeks 07-09
STAGE 05

Grow.

cohort doesn't end, fellows get lifetime access to the network, capital follow-ons, and studio credits.
